In the past few days, I have been tossing my own products, making old tofu with homemade matsutake lean meat sauce, it is really delicious!

Lao Tofu with Meat Sauce

1. Homemade old tofu cut into small pieces

2. Add salad oil to the pot and fry tofu over low heat

3. Flip and fry until golden brown

4. Take out the tofu, leaving bottom oil in the pot

5. Add homemade matsutake lean meat sauce and sauté

6. Add the fried tofu

7. Add some light soy sauce

8. Add some oyster sauce

9. Add some sugar

10. Add water to boil, turn to low heat and simmer until the soup thickens, then add salt according to the situation

11. Add a red pepper and cook for a while to get out of the pot

Tips:

Because all kinds of sauces are added, all the salt will be put in the end depending on the situation!
