Put a small amount of cooking oil in the hot pot, then pour 1 tablespoon beef sauce and 2 tablespoons old altar sauerkraut

Drain the noodles, add the fried sauerkraut beef sauce, sprinkle with chopped green onion and millet pepper

Tips:
1. Since the beef sauce is already salty, there is no need to add additional salt;
2. The uniform "old sauerkraut" I used directly, it is the kind that is marinated, sour and spicy, it is very tasty, and it can be chopped with ordinary sauerkraut;
3. When cooking the noodles, it must not be overcooked, as long as it is cooked, the noodles are not easy to stick and lump after the water, and the taste is more chewy.
