Laoya Winter Melon Soup

Soak the salty bamboo shoot tips in advance to remove the salty taste, wash, tear into strips, and cut into sections.

Wash the bacon and cut into about 6 slices. Wash the duck and cut into large pieces.

Add water to the pot, add the duck pieces, add cooking wine, and blanch the ginger slices.

Add water to a casserole and bring to a boil. Add the blanched duck pieces, bamboo shoots and bacon, cooking wine, ginger slices, and simmer for about 50 minutes.

Add the washed and diced winter melon and simmer until the winter melon is cooked.
6.
Add a little wolfberry and simmer for about 5 minutes.
7.
Add chopped green onion and salt to taste.
