The in-laws who have lived in the country for a long time said that this pizza has not been eaten, but the mother-in-law said that even if I have never seen it on TV! It just so happens that the parents-in-law came from home and made a big pizza for a treat, so I wanted to show her a hand so that people could praise her daughter-in-law for her ability, and make it small and not enough, and make it into a large baking tray for everyone. Happy eating.

Large Square Pizza with Seafood

1. After mixing the crust materials into a dough, add softened butter and knead well, cover with plastic wrap and ferment to 2 times the size

2. The bacon is roasted to filter out excess fat

3. Shrimp peeled and grilled

4. Shred the bell pepper and onion and stir in a wok until soft

5. Homemade pizza sauce, sweet corn kernels for later use

6. Roll the fermented dough into rectangular biscuits that are the same size as the baking pan, put them in a buttered baking pan, and arrange them by hand until the edges are slightly thicker. The time for proofing again is 20 minutes.

7. After the proofing is completed, brush the whole egg liquid around the pie crust, and pierce some small eyes on the pie crust to facilitate exhaust

8. Put the copied pizza sauce in the center of the crust

9. Sprinkle with a small half of mozzarella cheese

10. Put the roasted bacon on it

11. Put on grilled shrimp

12. Place the sauteed colored peppers on the top, preheat the oven at 240 degrees, and bake at 220 degrees for 15 minutes.

13. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on the oven and bake for another 3-5 minutes

14. Just see the cheese melted on the surface

Tips:

1. Cut the bacon into pieces and bake it or fry it in a pan to remove excess fat.
2. The vegetables should be stirred first to remove the moisture, so as to avoid water coming out when roasting, the water coming out may affect the hardness of the cake.
3. Be sure to spread a thin layer of butter on the baking tray. The butter can prevent sticking and make the bottom of the cake more fragrant and delicious.
4. Sprinkle a moderate amount of cheese powder after the oven is out, the flavor will be stronger, and you can skip it if you don't have it.
