Add milk, sugar and cocoa powder to the pot.

Cut half a vanilla bean pod and scrape out the vanilla seeds with the back of a knife.

Add vanilla seeds and vanilla bean pods to the pot.

Grind some fresh nutmeg powder into the pot. The addition of nutmeg will bring some refreshing taste to this drink and add a festive atmosphere.

Boil the cocoa on a low heat. While boiling, stir with a blender to make the powder mixture and milk fully blend.

When the liquid in the pan becomes smooth and there are no lumps, add a piece of your favorite chocolate and continue stirring until the chocolate dissolves.

Add the cooked hot cocoa to a latte cup and add it to two-thirds of the cup.

Then, make some milk froth.

Add the whipped milk froth to the hot cocoa.

Decorate some nutmeg powder and make a cup of mocha hot cocoa!
Tips:
1. In hot cocoa, you can add other spices, such as cinnamon, according to your preference.
2. You can increase or decrease the amount of sugar according to your taste. The hot cocoa made with the amount of sugar I gave is slightly bitter.
3. Students who are lactose intolerant can change the milk to coconut milk.
