Lava Cake

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, and heat the white chocolate mixed with butter or corn oil in a basin over water.

Stir the chocolate liquid while it is hot and set aside.

Beat the eggs in a large basin and add sugar.

After beating the egg mixture, add an appropriate amount of salt and stir well.

Then pour the chocolate liquid into the egg liquid and stir well.

Then add flour to the cake mix and mix well.

Then add about a spoonful of milk.

Continue to stir evenly for later use.

Spread the baking bowl with butter and stick the sugar evenly.

Then pour the cake liquid into a baking bowl, use a toothpick to pick out the bubbles, and bake for 12 minutes to 14 minutes, and it must not exceed 14 minutes.

After baking, wait for a while to cool, you can demould and decorate. If it is not easy to demould, use a knife to draw a circle along the edge of the baking bowl, and then gently shake it.
