Lazy Beef Shortbread

Brush a layer of egg yolk evenly on one side of the puff pastry, and put the marinated raw beef on the puff pastry. If you don’t buy marinated raw beef, marinate yourself with salt, chicken powder, cooking wine, a little light soy sauce, and black pepper for 20 minutes.

Brush another sheet of pastry with egg yolk on both sides and cover the raw beef. Then put it on the tin foil and put it in the oven, the oven temperature is 150 degrees, double tube, bake for 20 minutes (different oven settings will be different)

You can start eating after baking
