Lazy Dongpo Meat

1. Pork belly under cold water, ginger slices, cooking wine

2. Blanch it, remove and drain the water, cut a cross knife

3. Put green onion and ginger on the bottom of the pot, add pork belly, star anise, bay leaves, and dried chili
