Lazy Version of Crisp Sausage Bread

Frozen puff pastry can be sold in supermarkets or certain treasures. I bought them in Metro.

I cut the puff pastry and thaw it into slices. I cut them a bit bigger. Weigh it according to the length of the sausage.

Fold a single puff pastry in half, cut the knife edge, and fold it in half and cut it symmetrically.

Put the sausage in the middle, place the cut shortbread strips on the sausage as shown in the picture, and pinch tightly in turn.

This is the folded look, although it doesn't look good, it's a bit tricky! It's a bit long haha!

Brush the egg liquid, one egg yolk is enough. After brushing the egg mixture, preheat the oven at 180° and bake for 20 minutes.

It's out! It feels very good, super simple way. The whole process takes no more than half an hour! Lazy version!
Tips:
Thaw the sausages in advance, and don’t break the puff pastry as it will break easily.
