Lazy Version of Frog Baked Rice

Frog go to the head and go to the inner hiding

Cut the frog into small pieces, cut the lean meat into thin slices, combine the two meats with cooking wine, soy sauce, oil, pepper, salt, and ginger, mix for a while, and marinate for ten minutes

Cook the rice in a rice cooker. Pour the frog and lean meat into the pot 2 to 3 minutes before the rice is cooked. Cover the lid and continue cooking. After the rice is cooked, let it simmer for ten minutes. Open the lid, add soy sauce, green onions and coriander. That's it.
