Lazy Version of Tomato Beef Noodle
1.
Tomatoes, wash, cut the top with a small cross knife.
2.
Put it in boiling water and blanch it, and the skin will peel off. Look, the skin is already wrinkled.
3.
Peel the tomatoes and cut into large pieces.
4.
Heat the pot without oil, add the tomatoes directly and stir fry. Reduce oil intake like this
5.
Add beef broth when sautéed until soft and boil.
6.
Turn off the heat, I wanted to add some coriander to enhance the flavor, but I didn't have it at home. Lazy way, put chopped green onions to embellish it.
7.
Take out the beef slices from the pot. I originally planned to braise the beef and put it in the refrigerator to eat tomorrow, so removing the slices while it's hot is the effect.
8.
Worried that the beef is not tasty enough, so put the cut beef into the soup and continue to soak.
9.
Boil water in another pot, boil the noodles, and remove cold water.
10.
Serve the noodles, pour the beef broth, and the delicious tomato beef noodles are ok!
Tips:
If it wasn't for my daughter who suddenly wanted to eat beef noodles and a lazy mother like me, he shouldn't use sauce beef to make up the number. In fact, the tomato beef noodles are deliciously stewed with sirloin, and the soup is also rich. The soup of my sauce beef is lighter, but it's suitable for people who don't like meat.
