Lean Meat Soup with Dried Radish, Oyster Sauce and Chestnut

Prepare the materials.

Soak the oyster sauce in water to soften it and wash it off.

Soak the radish for half an hour and cut into sections.

Cut the lean meat and blanch it.
5.
Chestnuts can be peeled well when cooked for a few minutes.

Add 1500ml of water to the pot, add the lean meat, oyster sauce, dried radish and ginger slices and cook for half an hour.

Add the chestnuts and cook for another half an hour.
8.
Finally, add salt to taste as needed.
