Lean Meat Soup with Figs in Clay Pot

Cut lean meat into thick chunks

Put the lean meat with cold water into the pot and boil the foam, then remove the lean meat and pour out the water

Wash the figs and soak for 10 minutes

Put the figs and the lean meat into the soup pot, add some hot water, cover and boil on high heat, turn to medium and low heat for 1 and a half hours

Add the wolfberry 15 minutes before boiling

Add salt to taste before drinking
