Learn to Make Liangpi

Take an appropriate amount of flour and add an appropriate amount of water to knead a smooth dough.

Add the right amount of water and start washing your face. Don't add too much water at once.

Put the washed noodles on a plate. After a while, drain the water from the plate so that the steamed gluten will be softer, as shown in the picture.

Add proper amount of alkali to the gluten, pour proper amount of water into the pot, and steam the gluten.

Put the steamed gluten on a plate and let cool.
