Leek and Pig Red Soup

1. Cut pig red into small squares.

2. Cut the leek into sections.

3. Add oil in a hot pan, add ginger and chives and sauté a little.

4. Then add water and cook on high heat.

5. After boiling, add pork red, soy sauce and salt.

6. Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
