A person’s meal is simple, but it can’t be improvised. There is a millet noodle pancake from a friend at home. It was quite delicious when it was used to make a vegetable pancake, not to mention that it was stuffed with eggs, shrimp skin and chives. It was absolutely delicious.

Ingredients

Leek and Shrimp Pancakes

1. Scramble the eggs first

2. Then put in the shrimp skin

3. Stir fry and let cool evenly

4. Wash the leeks, control water and cut finely

5. Add to the egg pan

6. Add salt and mix well

7. Take a pancake and wrap it with leek stuffing (this operation requires holding with both hands, so there is no way to take pictures)

8. Made a total of three

9. Preheat the electric baking pan to serve pancakes

10. Pan-fried on both sides and serve

Tips:

No need to put oil on the electric baking pan when frying pancakes
