Leek Omelet, Mother's Love in Memory
1.
Prepare ingredients: leeks (here I am the wild leeks specially bought in the supermarket, personally miss the taste when I was a child, I think wild leeks are more fragrant), eggs, flour
2.
Finely chop the leeks, add the beaten eggs, salt, and flour to make a paste. For the heavy taste, you can add some five-spice powder. I didn't add it here.
3.
Add oil to the pan with red oil. When the oil is 5-6 hot, turn the heat down, pour a tablespoon of egg and chive liquid into the pan and fry it. You can spread out the undercooked egg and chive liquid from time to time to form a cake. The shape is easy to cook. After frying one side, turn the other side and fry again. Until all the eggs and chives liquid are fried into cakes.
4.
Spread one side until slightly golden, turn it over and spread the other side
5.
The chive omelet with the scent of chives and eggs can be served on a plate~ You can also use a mold to cut out the shape you like ^-^, and I cut the red bunny with cherry tomatoes, haha ,cute
Tips:
1. When frying, fry on a small fire, if the fire is too big, it will scorch easily
2. You can also add a little vegetable oil when mixing the leek and egg liquid, I didn't add it here
