Leek, Red Scallop and Prawn Pot Stickers

Red shell

Chop the red scallop skirt and prawns into slightly larger cubes. Divide the scallops into two. Add cooking wine and salt. The leeks themselves are very flavorful. I didn’t add any other seasonings.
