Stir-fried Ark Shell with Green Pepper

Fresh scallop meat removes the outer skirt part, leaving only the thick part in the middle, and then cleans it to control the moisture

Lay the kitchen knife horizontally, cut the ark shell meat into two pieces from the middle with a knife, and then rinse with water again to control the moisture

Cut the green pepper into small pieces, peel the carrot and cut into slices, smash the garlic and cut a few more times, and cut the ginger into small pieces

Tips:
1. The red scallops must be fresh, without peculiar smell;
