Leftover Noodle Cake

Pour the leftover noodles into the basin

Add a small amount of water, eggs, salt, chicken essence, thirteen chives, chopped green onion, and stir to boil

Add appropriate amount of flour and mix well

After the oil in the pot is heated, add an appropriate amount of batter (don't add too much, because the batter will have to be pressed into thin slices afterwards)
5.
Fry on one side until it is slightly browned, turn it over and fry on the other side

When the other side is slightly browned, press the pancake with a spatula to form a pancake

Then continue to fry until it is browned on both sides and ready to be out of the pan
