Leftover Rice Rolls

1. 1 bowl of leftover rice.

2. Diced carrot, chopped green onion, diced egg.

3. Pour diced carrots, diced eggs, and chopped green onion into a pan with oil, add salt and fry for a while.

4. Pour in the leftover rice and stir-fry. Add seasonings and stir-fry the chicken essence.

5. Serve in a bowl and set aside.

6. 2 sheets of seaweed.

7. Prepare the rolling shutters and spread the seaweed vegetables on top, and place the fried leftovers on top.
