Lemon Balm

Wash the lemon, slice it, and remove the pit.

Put it into the stewing pot and spread it underneath.

Crush the yellow rock candy as much as possible and spread it on top of the lemon. Cover the lid of the stew pot (lemon comes with water, no additional water is needed). Put it in a large pot and simmer over water. After the water in the pot is boiled over high heat, reduce the heat to the minimum and simmer for 12 hours. If the water in the pot is almost dry, just add some water to it.

After simmering for 12 hours, let it cool 😉😉~~
Tips:
Remove the head and tail of the lemon, as long as it has the flesh and the skin.
Spoon 2 spoonfuls each time, make up with warm water, below 40 degrees ~ Never use hot water, which will affect the effect.
