Lemon Black Tea Madeleine (without Baking Powder)
1.
Spread butter in the mold, then put it in the refrigerator for half an hour; after taking it out, apply the butter again, and then put it in the refrigerator until it's time to take it out!
2.
Prepare the ingredients! The local eggs are about 60g! A small packet of Sri Lankan black tea! The butter softens at room temperature! For lemon zest, I used 1/3 of the lemon zest. I think I can feel free to use this!
3.
After the eggs are beaten, add powdered sugar and mix well. I use an electric whisk, and it will mix evenly in two or three minutes!
4.
Then add lemon zest and mix well!
5.
Then add the low-sieved low-powder and black tea, and continue to stir until it is completely blended!
6.
Finally, add the softened butter and stir evenly with a whisk!
7.
After mixing well, scrape it into a clean container with a spatula, cover with plastic wrap, and put it in the refrigerator for one hour!
8.
Take out the mold from the refrigerator, sprinkle it with high-gluten flour, raise the mold and gently shake it down until it no longer loses powder. The effect is shown in the figure.
9.
Pour the lemon black tea mixture taken out of the refrigerator into the mold, and it’s 80% full! I am a little bit too much here! Then put it in the preheated oven at 170 degrees and bake for 20 minutes!
10.
The super invincible and delicious lemon tea Madeleine is out! After eating, your lips and teeth are really fragrant! And super healthy, no messy additives!
