Lemon Chopped Pepper and Celery

Remove the leaves of celery and cut them into 5 cm long sections, then blanch them in a pot of boiling water for one minute, then remove cold water and rinse.

Cut the cold celery into shredded celery.

Chop garlic into garlic paste.

Put shredded celery and minced garlic in a large bowl.

Add a spoonful of chopped peppers.

Add a spoonful of fish sauce.
7.
Squeeze in some lemon juice, mix well and serve.
Tips:
Both chopped pepper and fish sauce contain salt, so salt is not necessary for this dish.
