Lemon Ice Tea

Preparation: 20-25 grams of black tea

Clean one lemon

Thinly sliced and set aside

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and boil (I do more at a time, if you do less, you can reduce the amount of material according to the situation)

After the water boils, add the tea leaves, turn off the heat when the water boils, and put the rock sugar and lemon slices into the pot. If you like the fragrance of sweet-scented osmanthus, you can also add sweet-scented osmanthus and cook it together. Regarding lemon slices, the unpeeled lemon will have a bitter taste if you add too much, so if you like the tea to taste more sour, you can add an appropriate amount of lemon juice.

Set aside to cool down, then add appropriate amount of honey to taste, honey can be added and tasted until you like the taste

After the dried ice tea is filtered, the tea leaves are poured into a cold cup with lemon slices

Refrigerate in the refrigerator, take it with you

Those that can’t fit can be frozen into ice cubes in an ice pack or an ice tray. Drink with ice tea for better results.
