When the weather is clear, I start to miss the freshness of lemon kimchi. This is a super refreshing quick dish, just a few steps, the crisp taste of the cabbage and the fragrance of lemon, refreshing is not only the mood.

Ingredients

Lemon Kimchi

1. Cut the cabbage into diamond-shaped sections and sprinkle with salt to marinate the water.

2. Cut the red pepper into small pieces, put a little water in the pot, boil, pour sugar, white vinegar, and salt into the pepper water, and mix. Add the green and yellow lemon slices.

3. Pour the cabbage segments into the water mixed in step 3, soak for 12 hours

4. Drain the excess water

5. Serve it on a plate, and a plate of fresh and refreshing lemon kimchi is ready!

Tips:

You don’t need to use cabbage leaves to make lemon kimchi, and it’s good to leave the rest to make kimchi.
