Lemon Kuey Teow

Prepare minced meat, lemon, meatloaf, ribs, pork belly, and coriander.

Boil water in a pot and add kuey teow.
3.
Squeeze in a piece of lemon juice.
4.
Boil immediately, remove and drain the water to a large bowl.
5.
Put another pot of water in the pot. After boiling, add all the ingredients.
6.
When the meat is cooked, squeeze in lemon juice and add salt to taste.
7.
Turn off the heat and pour into the kway teow, add some garlic oil. Add coriander and lemon slices.
