Lemon Maraschino Cherry

Prepare the required ingredients, soak the cherries and lemons in salt water in advance to clean them

Use a thicker straw to poke off the cherry core

Branch all cherry pits one by one

Cut the cherries in half, sprinkle with sugar and marinate for 20 minutes

Pour the marinated cherries and lemon zest into the milk pan, cook on low heat for ten minutes, stirring occasionally to avoid sticking to the bottom

Add the white wine and cook for another five minutes

Then squeeze the lemon juice in

Continue to cook for ten minutes
Tips:
Bottle the boiled cherries while it's hot. You can use lemon zest or not. I bottled them all together, so that the flavor is stronger. (Note that the bottle should be boiled and sterilized)
