Lemon Passion Fruit Honey
1.
Cut all the passion fruit, dig out the pulp, and put it in a bowl. Waiting for backup.
2.
Wet the lemon with water, and rub it with salt on the surface. Then rinse with clean water.
3.
The rest of the ingredients are rubbed with salt in turn, and then rinsed with water.
4.
Wipe off the moisture on the surface of all fruits, and then soak and disinfect the prepared sealed jar in 100°C boiling water for 5 minutes. Then wipe off the moisture in the sealed tank, and make sure that there is no moisture in the sealed tank. (I prepared a lot of materials, after I finished it, I packed 5 cans)
5.
Spread a layer of honey on the bottom of the bottle, then put a layer of lemon slices in turn, put an appropriate amount of rock sugar, and then add honey. Add green lemon, grapefruit and sweet orange layer by layer. Rock sugar and honey should be added in the middle of every two layers. If you like sweet food, you can put more honey. Finally, pour the passion fruit into the bottle and spread it on top of the passion fruit. A thick layer of honey will do.
6.
After making it, put it in the refrigerator and chill for 2 to 3 days before eating! Blend with cold boiled water when eating, and adjust the ratio of nectar to water at will according to personal preference. You can also add ice cubes in summer. Sweet and sour and refreshing feeling!
Tips:
It is recommended not to use boiling water when brewing with water! Warm or cold water is best!
