Lemon Scented Salmon

Cut salmon into appropriate size, sprinkle with salt and pepper and spread well.

Cut a lemon in half, squeeze the lemon juice on the salmon, cover with plastic wrap and marinate for 20 minutes.

When marinating salmon, you can prepare vegetables, wash the bittercory, slice the cherry radish, and slice the remaining half of the lemon.

Put an appropriate amount of olive oil in the pan and heat it over a low heat.

Add the salmon and fry the skin side first.

When the meat on the upper part of the fish skin becomes lighter, turn it over and fry the other side.

When the top of the fish becomes lighter in color, start to fry the sides.

After frying on one side, start frying on the other side.

Arrange the vegetables and salmon on a plate and drizzle with the sauce.
Tips:
When frying salmon, be sure to start frying from the skin side to prevent the fish from breaking.
