Lemon Vinegar

Tips:
1. Drinking lemon vinegar can be diluted by 5-10 times, I personally drink it according to 1:8.
2. It is rumored that adding rock sugar can remove the astringency of lemon zest.
3. The lemon vinegar made by yourself should be consumed within six months.
