Lemon Vinegar

Rub the lemon with salt, wash, dry, and slice.

Remove the lemon seeds, otherwise they will taste bitter. Then put the sliced lemon slices layer by layer into a sealed bottle, a layer of lemon slices, and a layer of sugar (you can also use yellow rock sugar).

Place it three or four centimeters away from the mouth of the bottle and pour in rice vinegar. Put it in a cool place for 2 to 3 weeks and then take it out to soak in water.
Tips:
Don't get wet during the whole process!
Pay attention to the lemon to be seeded!
