Leopard Print Toast Detailed Method Cracking
1.
Main dough: 280g high flour, 160g milk, 1 egg, 35g soft sugar, 2g salt, 35g unsalted butter, 5g milk powder, 3g yeast. Put all into the bread bucket of the bread machine, activate the [bread dough] function of the bread machine, and get the basic bread dough after about 1 hour.
2.
Divide the basic dough into three parts, add 3g of cocoa powder to one part and use the bread machine dough function to beat for 3 minutes to turn into a light-colored dough. Add 5g of black cocoa powder to the other portion to make a dark dough in the same way. When processing this step, the dough is very dry. Add a little milk to make the cocoa powder and noodles better mix. The remaining copy remains as it is.
3.
Through the above preparation method, three doughs are obtained. Cover with plastic wrap.
4.
If you want to make a large leopard pattern, divide the dough of each color into 7 equal parts. If you want to make delicate and plump leopard prints, please divide each color into 12 equal parts. Cover with plastic wrap after dividing.
5.
Next is the important process of making leopard print: Take 1 light-colored dough, press it flat with your hands, and roll it into a beef tongue shape.
6.
Gently roll it up vertically from left to right with your hands. The upper and lower ends should be compacted and sealed.
7.
Take the dark dough and roll it into a beef tongue shape. Wrap the light-colored dough in a layer, not all-in. Just wrap it outside.
8.
The raw color dough is also rolled into a beef tongue shape, and finally wrapped around the dark dough. Wrap tightly, press both ends tightly.
9.
Gather neatly with your hands.
10.
Using this method to process all the dough of various colors, I got 7 sticks.
11.
Let's talk about assembly. Take two of them, pinch the head and tail together, leaving a gap in the middle, forming a lip shape! In general, it is divided into three layers, with 2 strips in the first layer, 3 strips in the second layer, and 2 strips in the last layer. (If you assemble 12 strips, you will have 4 strips per layer, leaving gaps, and still pinch the head and tail together to form two lip shapes that are connected together)
12.
There are still gaps in the third layer of the second layer, and the head and tail must be pinched tightly.
13.
On the last layer, two are placed in the gap. Pinch the head and tail tightly.
14.
Put it in a 450g toast box.
15.
Put it in the oven or a warm place and ferment for 1 hour until the toast box is 8 minutes full. When fermenting, remember to put a bowl of water on the grill.
16.
Fire up and down at 170 degrees, middle layer, cover with tin foil when bake for 10 minutes, and continue to bake for 25 minutes.
17.
After demoulding, seal it with plastic wrap, open it for slices the next day, and it will be OK.
18.
This one is an assembly of 12 pieces. The dark leopard print is very beautiful. I like it very much. It also has the face to give it away. The procedure is the same as above, and each layer is assembled into three layers with 4 strips. To pinch 12 equal parts:)
19.
The formula we are talking about is an assembly of 7 pieces. The finished product is the light-colored model, and the light-colored model can be made with cocoa powder throughout the process. Change the black cocoa powder ratio in the formula to 5g cocoa powder and 3g cocoa powder.
