Lettuce

Wash the lettuce.

Cut off the excess vegetable stems and set aside.

Wash the onion and garlic and cut into cubes.
4.
Boil water in a pot, add lettuce and blanch it.
5.
Blanch the lettuce until the seedlings collapse evenly, then turn off the heat.

Remove it, drain the water, and put it on a plate.

Boil the juice: Heat oil, add diced shallots and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add oyster sauce.

Add a little more water and simmer for half a minute.
10.
Season with salt and serve.

Pour the boiled onion, garlic and oyster sauce evenly on top of the lettuce, then serve.
Tips:
1. Don't overheat the lettuce when boiling it, just blanch the lettuce evenly.
2. The amount of onion and garlic can be matched according to your own taste.
3. There are different varieties of lettuce, so the shape and color are different.
