Lettuce

Ingredients: 1 lettuce, a carrot for decoration. Seasoning: a little salt.

Peel the lettuce.

Scrape out long flakes with a squeegee.

Then cut into 5 cm segments.

Put the lettuce slices into a container and marinate with salt for 10 minutes. The lettuce itself is rich in sodium and potassium and does not need too much salt.

Decant the marinated lettuce slices to remove moisture, cut through with a knife in the middle, don't cut to the edges.

Pick up the end perpendicular to the knife edge and turn it to the other side of the lettuce slice to make a flower shape.
