Lettuce and Egg Noodles

Wash lettuce or other vegetable leaves and cut into sections.

Bring the water to a boil, add the noodles, boil the salt and cook for another 5 minutes.

Put in the leaves

Just boil again. Add some shiitake mushroom sauce or Laoganma to the bowl to make it more delicious.
I added shiitake mushroom sauce, so I didn’t add any oil or chicken essence.
Tips:
Add eggs when the noodles are in the pot.
