Lettuce and Pork Blood Soup

Prepare two pieces of pig blood.

Prepare a handful of lettuce.
3.
Wash the lettuce.

Pork blood slices.

Add water to the pot and put pig blood in it.

Tips:
1. The pig blood is not hygienic in the market. It is best to boil the water before eating, and eat more at ease.
2. Pork blood can also be eaten with hot and sour stir-fry, or stir-fried with leeks. It is smoother and tenderer when cooked.
