Lettuce Congee with Cured Lean Pork

Prepare the ingredients (the cured lean meat and rice are soaked ten minutes in advance).

Blanch the cured lean meat, clean it and cut it into small pieces, and prepare two slices of ginger.

Put a small amount of oil in the casserole first, put the rice, ginger, and cured lean meat in the casserole, add appropriate amount of water and start boiling.

Wash and chop lettuce for later use.

Tips:
1. Self-dried bacon is more dusty, so it is better to clean after blanching.
2. The bacon is relatively salty, so pay attention to the final seasoning.
