Bacon Pea Rice Small Pizza

All ingredients (cured lean meat soaked in advance)

Cut the cured lean meat into small pieces, boil in the pot with the peas, and continue to cook for about 5 minutes

Use an egg tart mold to make the rice into a small rice ball.

Spread a layer of tomato sauce on the rice noodles, then put the cheese, and then spread the chopped bacon and peas on top.

Finally, put another layer of cheese.

Preheat the oven and bake at 150 degrees for 12 minutes.
Tips:
1. Because the bacon is relatively salty, I didn't put any other seasonings.
2. If the rice is not very sticky, you can wet your hands to make it easier to operate.
