Lettuce in Oyster Sauce
1.
Wash and drain the lettuce.
2.
Fuel consumption, light soy sauce, and small noodles are ready.
3.
Add a spoonful of fuel to a bowl.
4.
A spoonful of light soy sauce.
5.
Then add appropriate amount of water and powder to make oil-consuming juice for later use.
6.
Cut green onions into chopped green onions and mince garlic.
7.
Bring water to a boil in the pot, and put the washed lettuce in.
8.
Hot cooked.
9.
Drain the water and put it in the dish.
10.
Take a wok and add a proper amount of oil, heat the oil and let the shallots and garlic sauté, then add the oil-consuming juice, stir slightly, and start the pot when it thickens!
11.
Pour it on the lettuce while it's hot and it's ok!
Tips:
Fuel consumption is very important! If the taste is light, you can add more water when adjusting the oil consumption; if you like a strong taste, you can make it thicker!
