Lettuce in Oyster Sauce

Wash lettuce and drain.

Add clean water to a pot and boil over high heat, add a little salt and cooking oil, add lettuce and boil.

Remove and serve.

Take a small bowl, mix in salt, chicken essence, cornstarch and oyster sauce, then dissolve with a little water.

From the pot, add edible oil to high heat, add minced garlic and stir to create a fragrance.

Pour in the sauce just made.
7.
Bring to a boil and turn off the heat.
8.
Pour it on the lettuce while it is hot, mix well and serve.
