Lettuce in Oyster Sauce

Boil the lettuce in a pot with salt and a little cooking oil and quickly remove it.

Take a small bowl, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper, starch and a little water.

Heat the pan with cold oil, add minced garlic, and saute until fragrant

Add a little oil to the pot, add garlic, and the adjusted juice, boil until thick, pour it on the lettuce and serve.
