Lettuce in Oyster Sauce

Pick the lettuce, wash and drain.

Add a little salt to the boiling water, pour it into the lettuce and boil it, immediately remove and drain the water and put it on a plate.

Mince garlic.

Put oil in the pot, saute the minced garlic and add 2 tsp of oil, a little light soy sauce, sugar, and some water to thicken the lettuce. Pour the juice on the lettuce.
Tips:
There is no need to add salt because of fuel consumption and light soy sauce.
