Lettuce in Oyster Sauce

1. One fresh lettuce.

2. Peeled.

3. Then use a plane to shave the peeled lettuce into long slices.

4. Cut dried chili into sections.

5. Put the planed lettuce slices into a bowl.

6. Top with red pepper, top with light soy sauce and sesame oil.

7. Top with oyster sauce.

8. When you eat, just mix well. If you think it is not salty enough, you can add some refined salt to taste. My family's food is relatively light and no refined salt is added. Because of the light soy sauce, the salty taste of oyster sauce is enough.
