Mixed Green Bamboo Shoots

Ingredients: fresh lettuce, dried chili, garlic, shallots.

Condiments: cold vinegar, salt, sesame oil, white sugar, light soy sauce.

Finely chop the shallots and dried chilies.

The garlic is mashed into a puree.

Shred the lettuce.

Add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the wok and cook until it smokes.

Put the chopped dried chilies, shallots and garlic on the shredded lettuce, and pour the oil over the ingredients.

Add appropriate amount of cold vinegar, salt, sesame oil, white sugar, and light soy sauce.
Tips:
When cooking the chili peppers, be sure to burn the oil until it smokes.
