A simple and delicious cold dish~ My friend and aunt brought her own lettuce in the morning, which was fresh from the ground! It grows naturally and is small in size, but the color is so beautiful, the green is warm and moist, and I look a little bit reluctant to eat it~"

Shredded Bamboo Shoots Mixed with Garlic

1. Remove the leaves of lettuce and wash them (the leaves have been fried for the last meal 😜)

2. Peel and rinse briefly with boiling water

3. Evenly cut into filaments and put in a salad bowl

4. Chop the garlic and place it in the middle of the bamboo shoots. Add 1/2 spoonful of pepper powder. Add a proper amount of vegetable oil to the wok and bring it to a boil, pour the boiling oil on the pepper powder and garlic

5. Add 1 spoon of light soy sauce, 1/2 spoon of balsamic vinegar, 1/3 spoon of sugar, drizzle a little pepper oil, mix well, add some salt to taste

6. Loading

Tips:

Fresh lettuce does not need to be blanched, and it tastes good when it is mixed directly.
