Lettuce Mixed with Fungus

After washing the mud and sand with water, the fungus is blanched in a boiling water pot for two minutes.

The blanched fungus is rinsed and cut into shredded fungus.

Wash the lettuce and cut it into thin filaments after drying and moisture control.

Chop garlic into garlic paste, cut coriander into sections, and cut small red pepper into thin circles.

Put the fungus, lettuce, mashed garlic, coriander, and red pepper in a cold bowl.

Add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, and monosodium glutamate.
7.
Squeeze in a lemon juice and stir well.
