Lettuce Salad

Lettuce is about the amount of a bowl, cut into shreds first (it doesn't need to be too thin, it will affect the taste), add an appropriate amount of salt, mix well and marinate for about 15 minutes.

Add the sugar and vinegar, mix well and put into the dish.

Heat the oil, add the minced garlic, wait until fragrant, and then add the chili to avoid over-frying the chili. If you don’t like this, you can add sesame oil and minced garlic and stir.

Pour the hot minced garlic and chili oil on the lettuce and add some sesame seeds.
