Lettuce Salad

Choose the relatively tender upper part of the lettuce, remove the leaves, peel off the skin, and rinse with water. First cut into slices and then cut into lettuce shreds of uniform thickness. Add water to a pot and boil the shredded lettuce. Blanch the shredded lettuce for about one minute. Turn off the heat.

Remove the shredded lettuce and repeatedly pass cold water and drain the water for later use

Put the blanched lettuce shreds into a container, add salt, sugar, a spoonful of white vinegar, and half a spoon of soy sauce

Finally, add an appropriate amount of pepper oil and stir evenly with chopsticks

Stir well and put it in the dish

Sprinkle a little cooked white sesame seeds on it
