Lettuce Salad

Prepare fresh lettuce; PS: Too long, you can cut into sections.

Peel lettuce and wash;
3.
Peeled lettuce, shred, and marinate in salt for 3 minutes; PS: it becomes soft, just have brine

Remove the drained water and remove the salt water. It will be salty when you eat it;

Put the lettuce shreds in a ceramic pot, put rock sugar, and finally white vinegar. The amount of white vinegar should cover the lettuce;
6.
Marinate for 1 hour and eat.
Tips:
1. Lettuce should be tender;
2. Lettuce with white center and cracked skin cannot be eaten;
3. The lettuce pickling brine should be discarded, otherwise it is too salty;
4. If the white vinegar is too sour, add some cold water.
